Tanza, Cavite — EEI Corporation has inaugurated its EEI Training Academy, a nearly three-hectare facility in Tanza, Cavite dedicated to strengthening workforce development in the construction industry.
The launch included the awarding of a Certificate of TVET Program Registration, officially recognizing the Academy as a TESDA-accredited Training and Assessment Center and affirming its compliance with national technical-vocational standards.

Capable of accommodating up to 500 trainees, the Academy provides comprehensive programs for craft workers and professional staff across various construction disciplines. The initiative supports EEI’s long-term strategy to enhance employee skills and industry capacity.
“The Academy reflects our vision to not only attract the best talent, but also to nurture and retain them,” said EEI Training Academy President Jesus Teodoro C. Reyes. “While we are known for building physical foundations, we are equally committed to establishing a strong foundation for our human capital.
”Through the Academy, EEI reinforces its commitment to delivering projects efficiently and sustainably amid the evolving demands of the construction sector.
