House-and-lot living gets a resort-inspired twist as Century Properties Group (CPG) opens the show village of Cerulean Residences, a 25-hectare residential development in General Trias, Cavite.
Located in Barangay San Francisco along Arnaldo Highway, the project brings the water-focused lifestyle associated with some of CPG’s well-known developments into a suburban setting.
Rather than high-rise towers, Cerulean Residences is planned as a master-planned community with around 1,100 homes, combining residential spaces with amenities designed around active living, greenery and water.

A resort feel, closer to home
The development takes inspiration from the way Filipino families enjoy spaces associated with the beach and outdoors.
Singapore-based Pomeroy Studio, which also worked on CPG projects such as Azure in Parañaque and Acqua in Mandaluyong, designed Cerulean Residences around three main areas: active spaces for sports and fitness, landscaped areas for relaxation, and water features meant to serve as focal points within the community.

For CPG Managing Director Carlo Antonio, the idea is to bring the experience of a getaway into everyday life.
“What we learned from Azure and Acqua is that people do not just want to visit that feeling on a holiday, they want to come home to it.”
Homes designed to grow with families
Visitors to the newly opened show village can see two-storey model homes featuring contemporary architecture, asymmetrical rooflines and minimalist interiors.
The homes are named after beaches, reinforcing the development’s coastal-inspired concept.
Beyond the design, CPG says the houses are planned with changing family needs in mind. The layouts are designed to maximize natural light while allowing rooms and spaces to adapt as families grow or work arrangements change.

The homes are also set to be delivered with a perimeter fence, gate and two-car garage, with provision for an electric vehicle charger.
“A house should be able to keep up with the family living in it,” Antonio said.
More than a residential village
Cerulean Residences is positioned near several major roads, including Governor’s Drive, Aguinaldo Highway and the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), giving residents access to key areas across Cavite and nearby provinces.
Adding to the community concept is Century Lifepark, a commercial strip planned just outside the residential village. It is expected to provide residents and nearby communities with access to retail establishments and everyday essentials.
The development reflects CPG’s broader push into suburban residential communities, bringing elements traditionally associated with its vertical projects into a house-and-lot setting.
For families looking to move into a larger home and a more community-oriented environment, the developer describes Cerulean Residences as an upgrade that remains within reach of practical household needs.
Cerulean Residences show village now open
The Cerulean Residences Show Village is now open to visitors in General Trias, Cavite, giving prospective homeowners an opportunity to explore the model houses and get a feel for the development before making a decision.
