CARD SME Bank launched the upgraded version of its konek2CARD mobile banking application on July 28, 2026, introducing new features designed to provide clients with a more convenient digital banking experience.
The launch took place in General Santos City as the bank rolled out a cleaner and more user-friendly interface for konek2CARD, its official mobile banking application.
The app allows clients to perform various banking transactions digitally, including sending and transferring money, purchasing mobile load, and monitoring their savings account balance.
Among the new features are biometric login, real-time notifications and alerts, and faster transaction processing.
The upgraded app also includes an Express Loan section, allowing eligible clients to apply for and receive loans digitally.
CARD SME Bank also enhanced the application’s security features to provide additional protection for clients’ information and transactions.
The launch was led by CARD SME Bank Assistant Vice President for Operations Patricia Saballo and Assistant Vice President for Digital Finance Service Juliana Salcedo, together with CARD SME Bank staff and clients.
Meanwhile, konek2CARD Ambassador JC Santos visited the General Santos City branch for a meet-and-greet with clients.
The upgraded konek2CARD app is available for download through the Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery, and Apple App Store.
