CLARK, PAMPANGA — Mekeni Food Corporation showcased its Street Flavors food cart concept during the One Pampanga Food and Beverage Expo 2026 held September 19–20 at the SMX Convention Center Clark.
Street Flavors is a food cart business concept developed by Mekeni to bring its well-known food products closer to consumers through ready-to-operate carts that combine convenience, quality, and a more elevated Filipino street food experience.

The concept is designed for various occasions, including corporate gatherings, school activities, birthdays, community celebrations, and other events, allowing guests to enjoy familiar Filipino street food in a casual yet more premium setting.
“We want to bring the street food experience to events in a way that feels more exciting, convenient, and premium, while still keeping the flavors that Filipinos know and love,” said Mekeni Food Corporation President Pruds Garcia.
Beyond catering to events, Street Flavors also provides an opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs through its ready-to-operate food cart model.

By building the concept around Mekeni’s food products, the company aims to create livelihood opportunities while expanding access to its products through food carts.
“Street food is deeply part of Filipino culture. Through Street Flavors, we want to give entrepreneurs an opportunity to bring that experience to more people while building a business of their own,” Garcia said.
The food cart concept is also intended to serve everyday consumers, making Mekeni products accessible beyond traditional retail channels.
Mekeni’s participation in the One Pampanga Food and Beverage Expo highlighted the company’s efforts to explore opportunities beyond its core food manufacturing business and develop new ways for consumers to experience its products.
Through Street Flavors, Mekeni aims to make Filipino street food more accessible through food carts that can cater to events, celebrations, and everyday consumers.
