Aboitiz Construction earned three Stevie® Awards at the 23rd Annual International Business Awards® (IBA), gaining international recognition for its corporate transformation, supply chain innovation, and commitment to sustainable business practices.
The company received a Gold Stevie® Award for Company of the Year – Materials and Construction, marking its second consecutive year to receive the distinction. The award recognizes Aboitiz Construction’s transformation from a traditional builder into an end-to-end asset lifecycle partner.
“Being honored on the global stage reflects our collective drive for operational excellence. It proves that embedding excellence and sustainability into how we do business allows us to execute at the highest level,” said Antonio Peñalver, Executive Director of Aboitiz Construction.
Aboitiz Construction also secured a Gold Stevie® Award for Best Sustainable Supply Chain, recognizing its enterprise-wide supply chain ecosystem that combines localized sourcing, fleet management, and waste diversion initiatives across project sites nationwide.
Meanwhile, the company’s Supply Chain Management team received a Bronze Stevie® Award for Support Department of the Year for the second consecutive year. The recognition highlights the team’s efforts to drive process automation and transform supply chain management into a strategic business function.
“Receiving these international awards validates our vision of turning supply chain management from a transactional support function into a core strategic driver of business value, sustainability, and operational resilience. This proves that our supply chain in Aboitiz Construction is truly Engineered for Excellence,” said Eric King, Vice President for Supply Chain Management of Aboitiz Construction.
The latest awards build on Aboitiz Construction’s continued focus on operational excellence and sustainability. The company previously received a Gold Stevie® Award for Building Sustainable Supply Chains at the 2026 Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards held in Macao, China.
